Holistic Massage Treatments

This treatment focuses on the upper body. It’s very common for us to hold tension here, leaving us feeling scrunched up and claustrophobic in ourselves. This massage aims to leave you feeling de-stressed, unravelled and with the space to breathe.
Ground | 45 Minutes - £46 | 60 Minutes £56
This lower leg and foot massage is great for getting you out of your head and back into your body. Using calming essential oils, and a mixture of acupressure and massage techniques, this treatment will help release tension from tired and aching feet and legs.
Dream | 60 Minutes £56 | 90 minutes £76
This deeply nurturing treatment focuses on the back, head, face & neck, to calm and support the nervous system whilst releasing tension and promoting rejuvenation of the facial structure.
We'll start with the back & shoulders then move onto a calming neck and scalp massage before moving on to a facial cleanse using warm towels. Using nourishing oils, I will massage the face, incorporating acupressure points to support the whole body, myofascial release and lymphatic drainage.
This is one of my most popular treatments and has been described as comforting and dreamy (hence the name!)

This bespoke full body holistic massage is perfect for bringing your mind, body and spirit back into balance.
I use multiple techniques such as Swedish massage, assisted stretches, acupressure, energy work and mobilisation to work on any issues you may have. We will come up with a treatment plan to suit you, so if there are any areas you want to leave out or have more focus on, this can be arranged.

A bespoke treatment to support any person experiencing menstrual pathologies, PMS/PMDD, peri/menopause, fertility issues and postnatal mothers who need some tlc. We can include massage, abdominal work, acupressure points tailored to your symptoms, energy work and sound.
Nurture (Pregnancy Massage) | 60 Minutes - £56
This massage is aimed to nurture, support and empower you on your pregnancy journey. To help soothe and ease any areas of tension and discomfort, support the connection between you and your baby, calm the nervous system and leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed and truly cared for. Reiki Treatments

Using reiki energy to help to bring the mind, body and spirit back into balance through activating the body’s natural resting state and healing response.
Peace | 60 Minutes - £56 | 90 Minutes - £76
A delicious combination of holistic massage and reiki leaving your mind, body and spirit feeling nurtured and tended to.
Glow | 60 Minutes - £56
This treatment starts with a calming scalp massage and cleanse of the face. Using nourishing oils, I will massage the face and neck, incorporating acupressure points to support the whole body, lymphatic drainage and myofascial release techniques.
This is followed by a reiki treatment, where I will scan the body and chakras for any imbalances, guiding any held energy back into a state of flow.
This is a deeply nourishing treatment that will leave your face and your aura glowing
Distance Reiki | 30 Minutes - £30
All of the benefits of a reiki treatment but in the comfort of your own home. Reiki knows no time or distance - With your consent, I can connect to your energy wherever you are in the world. I will do a chakra scan to see where any imbalances may lie and provide reiki healing to any areas that I'm called to. We will arrange a time that suits where you can get comfortable and ready to receive. I will send you a message before I start and once I've finished. You will then receive a report of anything that came up and any recommendations I may have.
I've had amazing results with distance reiki, both giving and receiving. I find that some people find it easier to relax when they are alone and in their own environment, therefore the reiki can hit that little bit deeper.
Sound Treatments
Mini Sound | 15 Minute add-on - £10
This mini sound treatment can be added on to any of my other 45 minute+ treatments for an extra layer of rest and time for you.
I have a wide range of instruments including crystal and Himalayan bowls, gongs, drums, rattles and chimes. I intuitively pick the instruments before you arrive but if you have a preference please let me know on booking.
