Restorative Yoga

In restorative yoga, less is more. It's slow, gentle and is said to be the antidote to stress. We hold postures for longer periods of time with support of props such as bolsters, blocks and blankets.
In my classes we'll have a bit of a wiggle and a stretch before moving towards longer supported postures. All postures will be either seated or lying down and I will offer adaptations and alternatives to help you get the most out of your practice.
